Character Progress - Captain Fabulous

Compilation of character development for LASALLE College of the Arts: His design is still likely to change and the story is nowhere near developed, but I had so many sketches I thought I should begin to compile them before I get completely swamped.

The concept of my animation was actually set into motion by one of my teachers, who joked that with all the time they spent at sea I might want to explore the possibility of pirates being gay. This made me think about the lack of non-heterosexual protagonists in most animations, and I wanted to see if I could break that mold.
